AA Inspection Report 2009/10
Formerly known as Powderham Castle, Eden Valley Holiday Park
occupies a mature parkland setting where the touring pitches
are laid out in a series of grassy closes separated by high,
mature and colourful hedging. This year the park has greatly
enhanced its toilet facilities by the completion of an
extremely handsome timber housing toilet block with high quality
combined cubicles for both ladies and gents. The existing
toilet toilet block with the adjacent laundry, dishwashing
and food preparation rooms are also of a high standard with
excellent light and cleanliness. The park’s leisure
facilities in the form of an impressive play area, indoor
games room, dog exercise paddock and 9-hole putting green
display equal quality and high standards of presentation. I
can confirm an upgrade to 4 Pennants with a quality % score
of 78%.
Situated in an ideal position for visiting the surrounding
area and places of interest. Warm friendly reception from
owners - nothing too much trouble. Well kept site with very
good facilities. Beautiful accommodation. Very relaxing
environment in peaceful setting. Thoroughly enjoyed our
stay and look forward to returning in the future with our
touring caravan. Recommended to friends and family with
confidence that they will enjoy their stay as much as we

W stayed for 10 days in June and had a
fantastic holiday, the site was excellent and quiet. We
liked it so much that we booked again for 2011, brilliant!

behalf of all my family for a wonderful holiday we had at
your park in the summer. You made ourselves & our children
feel very welcome to be there & we will certainly be
hopefully coming back to see you in 2009.We love Cornwall &
have experienced many sites since holidaying there for last
few years but nothing compares to Lanlivery. The
tranquillity
of the park & surroundings were just what we wanted whist
the children were entertained not only with the play park
but with the many hiding places & games room & also your
children, they are a credit to you, they made our children
feel as if they were best of 'buddies' & were sad when they
