Terms and conditions

Touring caravan, motor-home, Camping Holiday Terms & Conditions;

  1. All pitches are offered subject to availability. Please note that no booking will be secured without receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The balance is due on arrival. You may cancel this booking at any time but we shall not be liable to refund the deposit paid. Credit card payments accepted. Confirmation will only be sent if a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed with the booking fee. Please note that whilst we will reserve a specified pitch we retain the right to change your pitch if circumstances are beyond our control. Cheques made payable to Eden Valley Holiday Park.
  2. We advise you to purchase Holiday Insurance. We are unable to give refunds if you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival. Cancellations must be advised in writing. If by 10.pm on the day of your arrival, you have not notified us that you are arriving after that time, then you may be deemed to have cancelled your booking.
  3. The number of persons occupying the pitch must not exceed the number that has been originally paid for.
  4. We cannot accept bookings from unaccompanied persons under the age of 18 years, or from all male/ female groups, except by prior arrangement.
  5. 5..Touring/camping pitches are available from Noon.
  6. Pitches must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
  7. Pitches are to be left in a clean and tidy condition. ie: rubbish must be disposed of in bins provided.
  8. We accept dogs but only at the discretion of the Park Owner and we do not accept Staffies, Alsatians, Dobermans, Rottweilers or any dangerous/rowdy dogs. We reserve the right to ask you the customer to leave the park if your dog is causing a nuisance. Please ensure that your dogs’ fouling is picked up immediately and disposed of in the bins provided. We have a dog walking area on site, but dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
  9. Eden Valley Holiday Park does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, however arising, to any personal property or motor vehicles.
  10. Eden Valley Holiday Park shall not be liable in the event that accommodation or advertised facilities or amenities shall not be available due to circumstances beyond their control.

Holiday Lodge Terms and Conditions;

  1. All lodges are offered subject to availability upon receipt of a booking request and deposit. The deposit is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable. For Lodge holidays the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 28 days before arrival then the full amount is due on booking. Should the accommodation not be available, the deposit, and if applicable the full amount will be refunded.
  2. We advise you purchase holiday insurance. Cancellations must be advised in writing by registered post. You must notify us if you are arriving after 9pm, if you have not arrived before midnight on the day of your arrival, we will deem that you have cancelled your booking, unless notification is given in advance of your time of arrival.
  3. As the occupier of the lodge, you shall use the hired property for the purpose of a holiday residence for the maximum of agreed persons only and not for any other purpose whatsoever. You must not use the property or any part of it for any improper, immoral or illegal purposes. You should ensure that the property is securely locked when not occupied during the period of the holiday let. We regret we cannot accept bookings from unaccompanied persons under the age of 18 years, or from all male/ female groups, except by prior arrangement.
  4. The Lodges are available from 4.00pm (subject to unavoidable delays). The lodges must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
  5. Lodges must be left in a clean and tidy condition. We must be notified of all breakages and damages.
  6. Sorry we do not accept pets in any of our lodges. Smoking is prohibited.
  7. We provide sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets and covers. However, we ask that you bring your own soap, towels and other bathroom and kitchen necessities.
  8. Our accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, with cutlery, crockery and cooking implements (Not tea towels) for all guests in the accommodation.
  9. Eden Valley Holiday Park does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, however arising, to any personal property or motor vehicles.
  10. Eden Valley Holiday Park through their management of the park reserves the right to refuse any booking application or to refuse or terminate accommodation at their absolute discretion.
  11. Eden Valley Holiday Park shall not be liable in the event that accommodation or advertised facilities or amenities shall not be available due to circumstances beyond their control.
  12. Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departure, as lost property can only be returned to the owner if they are willing to pay postage costs. Any items unclaimed after one week will be disposed of. Any proceeds will go to a charity of our choice.
