Here is a list of the most commonly asked questions about Eden Valley Holiday Park. We hope you find the answers useful.

Q. Do you have electrical Hook-ups?
A. Yes, all our pitches have hook ups (16 amp), we do also offer pitches without electric at peak times.

Q. Do you accept dogs?
A. We accept 1 dog per unit or 2 if small. We do not take big dogs such as Alsatians, German Shepherds, Staffies, Rottweilers or Dobermans. Please ask when booking if your dog will be accepted. We also have a dedicated dog walking area on site. Dogs should never be left alone on site and must be kept on a lead whilst on site. Any fouling must be removed and placed in bins provided around the site.

Q. When can we arrive and what time to do we have to leave?
A. You can arrive from 12 noon on your arrival day. We ask that you vacate your pitch before 11am on the day you leave. If you wish to arrive before 9am or after 10pm please let us know in advance so we can advise on where to park.

Q. Can I park next to my tent or caravan?
A. Yes, parking for one car is available.

Q.Can I reserve a particular pitch?
A. We will endeavor to provide you with the pitch you request however, we cannot guarantee it, as it is not always possible.

Q. How do I make a booking?
A. You can book over the phone (tel; 01208 872277) with a non-refundable deposit of £20 per week or for 1 or 2 night only bookings a deposit of £10 to secure the reservation. Balance payable 4 days before arrival.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. You can pay by debit card or cash.   Also a £10 CASH ONLY deposit is required for the barrier card on arrival

Q. Do you offer refunds if we leave early?
A. We do not offer refunds if you choose to leave early, inclement weather or for reasons beyond our control!

Q. Do you accept group bookings?
A. We do not accept all male or all female groups or groups of young people.

Q. Is there any public Transport?
A. Unfortunately there is no public transport within 2miles of the site. We have a list of taxis in the reception if needed.

Q. Do you have disabled facilities?
A. Yes. We have a disabled shower/toilet.

Q. Is there a charge for showers?                                                                                                                A. No our facilities are free of charge.

Q. Do you have a launderette on site?
A. Yes, we have two washing machines, two tumble driers, as well as an ironing board and iron. We also have a sink for hand washing.

Q. Do you have a washing up area?
A. Yes near the main shower block and by the main entrance.

Q. Can I freeze my own ice packs?
A. Yes, we have a freezer available in our wildlife/games room.

Q. Do you sell gas?
A Yes, we sell Calor Gas and Camping Gaz.

Q. Which is the nearest beach?
A. The nearest beaches to us is Polkerris and Par which are approximately 4 miles from the site.

Q. Is there Wi-Fi access?
A. Yes, we offer FREE Wi-Fi access around the majority of the park.

Q. Can we have a camp fire or BBQ?
A. We allow BBQs which must be raised off the ground. We have blocks available, if needed. Sorry, NO firepits.

Q. Do you accept commercial vehicles?
A. No commercial vehicles or works vans are allowed on site.

Q. What is your postcode for my Sat Nav?
A. PL30 5BU.
Please approach from the A390 @ sign post as other roads can be unsuitable for touring units. Sat Nav’s can be unsuitable on some Cornish roads! Do NOT follow signs for Lanlivery as this can take you down very narrow roads.
